Requesting A Chaplain

Does your RV resort or park need a Chaplain?

Every RV Resort Needs A Chaplain

How would your RV Resort / Park benefit from a Full‑Time Seasonal Chaplain?

  • They serve a long‑term, aging guest population
Many RV resorts host retirees and seasonal residents who stay for months and experience real-life issues—health crises, grief, loneliness—while far from their home churches and families.

  • They provide on‑site crisis and pastoral care
Chaplains regularly visit hospitals, counsel residents in distress, assist during deaths, and officiate memorial services—needs that arise frequently in large RV communities.

  • They improve resident satisfaction and retention
A trusted, full‑time chaplain strengthens community bonds, helps residents feel cared for, and contributes to a safer, more connected park culture—especially for repeat seasonal guests.

  • They act as a community support resource for management
Chaplains often work alongside activity directors and staff, absorbing emotional and social care responsibilities that would otherwise fall on management during emergencies or sensitive situations.

  • They offer consistent programming that builds community
Beyond weekly worship, chaplains organize Bible studies, discussion groups, support gatherings, and fellowship events that increase resident engagement and connection.

  • There is usually minimal cost to your resort
Many RV chaplains serve as volunteers typically receiving only a site and utilities while contributing 20–60 hours per week of chaplains services—making this a high‑value, low‑cost role.

  • Non‑denominational and inclusive by design
RV resort chaplains commonly serve residents from dozens of denominations, functioning as neutral, community‑oriented chaplains rather than pastors from a single church.

  • Broadly available but specially common and proven in AZ, TX, and FL resorts
CRM Ministries place chaplains seasonally in RV resorts across Arizona, Texas, and Florida because the model consistently meets guest needs in these regions.

Requesting A Chaplain

We would like to discuss the possibility of sending you one of our trained and capable chaplains. If you are interested, please take some time to fill out the form below. As soon as we get it, we will get back to you.

We do have a few things we are looking for in placing a chaplain:

  1. Does your resort have a sponsor group or management arrangement to facilitate providing space for the chaplain?
  2. Will the chaplain be able to use park facilities for church services, Bible studies, etc.?
